About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Digital Content Creator & Motion Designer to lead and
manage the in-store digital content experience across our flagship store. This role is
responsible for creating high-impact motion graphics, campaign visuals, and digital
content for LED screens, media walls and in-store displays, as well as supporting
Instagram content creation to ensure alignment between retail activity and online fan
engagement.


Based between the Head Office and the flagship store in Dubai, you will work closely
with brand teams in Dubai and Europe, adapting global campaigns for the UAE market
while maintaining world-class brand standards. You will also support other premium
retail concepts within the group when required.

Key Responsibilities
In-Store Digital Experience

  • Manage and deliver digital screen content across LED walls, product displays
    and interactive screens.
  • Plan, schedule and update content playlists using the in-store Content
    Management System (CMS).
  • Localise and adapt global brand assets for regional campaigns and seasonal
    launches.
  • Ensure consistent, premium visual execution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor on-screen quality and optimise playback performance.
    Creative Content Production
  • Design and animate motion graphics, CGI loops, campaign visuals and video
    content for retail media.
  • Produce visuals for product drops, matchday moments, store activations and
    fan experiences.
  • Optimise content for multiple resolutions, formats and screen orientations.
  • Maintain alignment with global brand identity and creative standards.
    Social Media & Brand Content
  • Support Instagram content creation, including reels, stories and campaign
    visuals.
  • Repurpose in-store content for social platforms to drive engagement.
  • Align digital content with retail marketing calendars and campaign themes.
    Technical Operations
  • Operate and upload content using CMS platforms (MagicINFO, BrightSign, Scala,
    Navori or similar).
  • Ensure correct formatting and file delivery across LED/OLED and projection
    systems.
  • Maintain a structured archive of media assets and content templates.
  • Coordinate with IT/integrators to troubleshoot technical issues when needed.
    Website & Digital Content Management
  • Manage or update the brand’s retail website, including adding new products,
    visuals, and promotional content.
  • Ensure website content is consistent with in-store campaigns and social
    media visuals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth website operations.
    Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with internal retail, VM and marketing teams on campaign rollouts.
  • Coordinate approvals with international brand teams.
  • Report weekly on digital content updates and performance insights.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience

  • Proven experience in motion graphics, digital content creation or retail
    multimedia.
  • Experience in sports, fashion or premium brand environments preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Adobe After Effects (advanced)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (MagicINFO, BrightSign, Scala, Navori or similar)
  • Understanding of video codecs, resolutions and screen formats
  • Basic 3D motion (Blender, Cinema4D or Unreal Engine) is a plus

  • Education
  • Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics or related field
    Work Location & Schedule
  • Based between Dubai Mall flagship store & Head Office
  • Flexibility required for campaign launches and event activations
