What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential client companies in the UK and GCC
- Schedule introductory calls with senior decision makers
- Lead end-to-end business development, driving growth and onboarding clients
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and pipelines
- Execute high-impact outreach campaigns and manage the client relationship lifecycle

Who You Are
- Experienced in business development for recruitment, staffing, or B2B services

- Confident communicator with strong English skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to deliver results independently
