Role Overview
The Financial Advisor will play a key role in expanding The Ultima’s client network across the UAE and African markets, providing personalized financial guidance, and managing high-value portfolios. This role suits a motivated, relationship-driven professional with strong market insight and the ability to deliver strategic financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage private and institutional clients across the UAE and Africa.
- Develop tailored investment and wealth management portfolios aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with individuals, families, and partners.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales and business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development, marketing campaigns, and client events.
- Represent The Ultima at industry conferences and DIFC networking events.
- Maintain accurate records, analyze client feedback, and report to senior leadership.
- Generate revenue by leveraging existing networks and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record working in financial advisory or investment sales within the UAE and/or African markets.
- Proven success in client acquisition, portfolio management, and financial planning.
- Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (CFA or CWM preferred).
- Fluency in English
