About the Role
RK Global Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing SaaS company in hiring a Platform QA Specialist to join their engineering team.
This is a key position responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across a modern SaaS platform. You will play a central role in both manual and automated testing, helping to build confidence in product releases while shaping the overall QA strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own quality assurance across the platform (web, APIs, integrations)
- Design and execute test plans, regression testing, and exploratory testing
- Identify, log, and track defects collaboratively with engineering teams
- Develop and maintain automated test suites (Playwright preferred)
- Work closely with developers to define acceptance criteria early
- Promote a quality-first mindset across the team
- Monitor platform performance and report on quality metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in software QA (manual and/or automation testing)
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory)
- Experience testing web-based SaaS applications
- Ability to write clear bug reports and test documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a structured, problem-solving mindset
Desirable / Nice to Have
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
