company in the UAE. The business operates vibrant indoor play centres and provides
creative, high-quality event experiences for children and families. With an ambitious growth
strategy, the company is seeking a dynamic CEO to lead its next phase of growth and
expansion.
Role Overview
The CEO will be responsible for driving overall strategy, operations, and profitability. This
role requires a commercially minded leader with a proven track record in managing venue
based businesses, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
in the family entertainment, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Take full P&L ownership, managing budgets, revenue, and cost optimisation.
- Oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellence in safety, compliance, and
customer satisfaction. - Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow event bookings, memberships, and repeat
customer engagement. - Develop and implement expansion plans (new venues, partnerships, franchising
opportunities). - Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership and operational team.
- Foster partnerships with malls, schools, corporate clients, and community
organisations. - Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks, and growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of leadership experience in children’s edutainment, family entertainment
centres (FECs), hospitality, or leisure/event management. - Strong background in operations, multi-site management, and customer-experience
strategy. - Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver revenue growth.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC markets, including regulatory and cultural requirements.
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale and expand the business.
