We are partnering with a leading international school in Dubai to recruit an experienced and dynamic Head of Junior School to lead its Primary division and drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Junior School (Primary).
- Ensure high standards of teaching, curriculum delivery, and pastoral care.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of teachers to maintain a culture of excellence.
- Implement data-driven improvements and innovative learning practices.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Work closely with senior leadership on school-wide goals, policies, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education; Master’s or leadership qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of Primary/Junior School experience, including proven leadership in an international or high-performing school.
- Strong knowledge of British, IB, or other recognised international curricula.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- A commitment to student wellbeing, academic excellence, and continuous improvement.
